As a front desk associate, you will be the face of our medical spa, welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
✨ Greeting and assisting clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
✨ Managing appointments and scheduling services efficiently.
✨ Answering phone calls and addressing client inquiries.
✨ Providing information about our medical spa services, and skincare products.
✨ Assisting with sales and upselling skincare treatments and products.
✨ Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
✨Assist with administrative tasks as required.
