What Areas of the Body Does Microneedling Treat?
The versatility of the Rejuvapen® is what makes it such a vital part of RenewMe Medspa’s Microneedling treatment. Inferior dermarollers only treat the face, but the Rejuvapen® can be used on all parts of the body, including:
- Face
- Neck
- Décolletage
- Arms
- Hands
- Legs
- Abdomen
- Back
- This means stretch marks and acne scarring in areas other than the face can be treated.
Am I a Good Candidate?
Each patient’s skin and areas of concern differ, and our highly trained staff will address the number of sessions and depth of treatment during your consultation for the best possible outcome. Anyone seeking skin improvements through microneedling collagen-induction therapy is a good candidate.
How Long Does a Microneedling Treatment Last?*
Microneedling sessions can take about an hour from start to finish depending on the size of the area being targeted.

How Quickly Will I See Results?*
For many patients, it’s possible to see immediate improvement. However, the body’s natural healing process can take weeks, so initial improvements will increase over time. It’s not unusual for your skin to heal over 3-6 months following your Microneedling session. The number of treatments required depends on the amount of skin damage you’re hoping to repair and your individual goals. Patients typically have 3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart. Patients with deeper wrinkles, acne scarring, or stretch marks may need as many as 6-8 treatments. We also recommend annual maintenance microneedling sessions.

Is There Any Downtime?*
Total healing depends on the severity of damaged skin. Average patients experience 2-4 days of redness and sensitivity (much like a sunburn), though some heal completely within 24 hours.
